White Spruce – Planting Tips
Select a location with plenty of sun and well-drained soil. Dig a hole twice as wide as the root ball and just as deep. Space trees at least 10–12 feet apart for windbreaks or privacy screens. Water thoroughly after planting and mulch to retain soil moisture. Prune only to remove dead or damaged branches.
